The Chakras are the seven power centers aligned with the spinal cord. Each one addresses a particular faculty. Root Chakra supports our human instincts of survival, security and stability, Sacral Chakra relates to our creativity and joy in relationships on an emotional level and our energy and passion on a spiritual level. Next comes the Solar Plexus Chakra, which deals with the growth of intellect, personal power, control and spiritual evolution.
